Since Velopacker’s offerings are digital products and therefore cannot be “returned,” the refund policy has been carefully designed with that in mind. Please note that, in addition to these rules, local consumer protection or other relevant laws in your region may still apply. These guidelines are not intended to limit or override any statutory rights you may have.

If you’ve bought a product on Velopacker and encounter a technical issue, I suggest reaching me out at support@velopacker.com for assistance. Frequently, I will be able to provide support and help troubleshoot any problems you may be facing.

Since Velopacker’s offerings are digital products and therefore cannot be “returned,” the refund policy has been carefully designed with that in mind. However, I understand that sometimes I may not be able to resolve your issue or there may be circumstances in which a refund is justified.
In such cases, here are the scenarios where you could expect me, Müjdat, to offer a refund:
- Item is “Not as Described” or Doesn’t Work as Expected:
If the Velopacker product does not match the features or functionality that were advertised, or it fails to work properly in the way it should, you may be eligible for a refund. - Item Has a Security Vulnerability:
If a genuine security flaw is discovered within the product that puts your data or device at risk and cannot be resolved promptly, a refund may be considered. - Item Support is Promised but Not Provided:
If I have explicitly promised support for a specific product and fail to deliver it within a reasonable timeframe after your request, you may be entitled to a refund. - Resolving Disputes:
If a dispute arises and we are unable to reach a resolution directly, you have the option to request further assistance. While Velopacker is an independent store, I am committed to fair resolutions and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

Non-refundable cases
- You don’t want it after you’ve subscribed.
- The item did not meet your expectations or you feel the item is of low quality.
- You simply change your mind.
- You subscribed it by mistake.
- You claim that you are entitled to a refund but do not provide sufficient information as to why you are entitled to a refund.
